Please be aware that a necessary upgrade to PowerFAIDS is scheduled to be performed by ITS on Thursday, September 10th.

System/Service affected: PowerFAIDS, financialaid.berklee.edu, PowerCampus
Duration: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm EDT (3 hours)
Affected users: all PowerFAIDS and PowerCampus users

During this time, financialaid.berklee.edu will be unavailable, and PowerFAIDS and PowerCampus users will be unable to log into either application via Citrix.

Further notifications will be posted when the [maintenance/upgrade] is completed.
