Please be aware that a necessary service upgrade is scheduled to be performed by ITS and Xerox on Tuesday, July 28th.

System/Service affected: Student Printing Services (PaperCut)
Duration: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM EDT
Affected users: All users (Boston and NYC campuses)

During this time, users will be unable to send print jobs to bcmxeroxpapercut or release print jobs at PaperCut-enabled copiers.

Further notifications will be posted when the upgrade is completed.
