Monitoring

A fix to re-add entitlements was deployed, and affected users should now be able to access all services, such as wifi.

We have received reports a number of affected accounts that have lost access to Wifi overnight. Engineers are investigating.

Update

A fix has been deployed and may take several hours to update all affected accounts. During this time, affected accounts may be able to log in to some services but not others, such as wifi.

Update

Engineers are continuing to work on fulling restoring suspended accounts. Affected users may be able to log in to Onelogin but still be unable to access Wifi, gmail, or other services.

Identified

ITS has received reports that a number of accounts have been suspended in error. Users affected will be unable to log in to email, canvas, my.berklee, and other services. Emails to affected users will bounce.
Engineers are aware of the issue and are investigating.
