Following a similar approach to last night, we may need to reboot the system once per hour today. The system will be available during the time periods listed below, and you must save your planned registration before each period ends:

Available 11:10 a.m.–11:45 a.m. ET

Available 12:10 p.m.–12:45 p.m. ET

Available 1:10 p.m.–1:45 p.m. ET

Available 2:10 p.m.–2:45 p.m. ET

Available 3:10 p.m.–3:45 p.m. ET

Available 4:10 p.m.–4:45 p.m. ET

Available 5:10 p.m.–5:45 p.m. ET

You must save your planned registration before the end of each period to ensure that you don’t lose your progress, and then you may log back in after the pause to continue registration. We understand how important registration is, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We continue to actively troubleshoot the issue with My.Berklee with our engineers and vendors. MyBerklee will be temporarily unavailable between now and tomorrow morning during the following periods:

Unavailable 10:00 p.m.–10:10 p.m. ET (save your work by 9:45 p.m.)
Unavailable 12:00 a.m.–12:10 a.m. ET (save your work by 11:45 p.m.)

If you plan to register for courses this evening, we recommend that you register for one course at a time. You must save your planned registration 15 minutes before each pause to ensure that you don’t lose your progress, and then you may log back in after the pause to continue registration.

Update

We continue to actively troubleshoot the issue with My.Berklee with our engineers and vendors. While registration reopened today at noon, users are continuing to experience slowness, failures to load, and other error messages.
We still working diligently to develop a workaround and corrective action.

Please note that we are experiencing ongoing technical issues with our registration system that the vendor and consultant have not been able to resolve. We are therefore going to temporarily pause registration while we work on the system to resolve the issue, and will let you know as soon as it's up and running again.
