Google Gemini performance issues

We have received reports about a known issue with Gemini that could affect all Berklee Gemini users. Users are experiencing "Something went wrong" errors when interacting with Gemini. Google is aware of the issue.

During this time, please assist by doing the following:

1. Share the information with your teams.
2. Stay informed by checking for updates on the Statuspage and https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/incidents/CzZUn98mhTcEiCJo27Kv.

Google is working on a resolution. Further notifications will be posted when the situation changes.
